A high school boy finds himself unable to focus in class, his thoughts constantly drifting to the girl he secretly admires. After school, he decides to stay behind and practice a peculiar form of "training" to relieve his stress, but his routine is interrupted when the object of his affection discovers him in the act. Embarrassed and flustered, she unexpectedly offers to help him with his problem, leading to a series of increasingly intimate encounters between the two.
