Akito is feeling down on Valentine's Day. His sister Chinami has a natural charm that attracts a ton of chocolate from secret admirers, yet she remains blissfully unaware of why she receives so much. Akito wants to give his own chocolate to his beloved sister, but he feels he cannot compete with all the other people who shower her with gifts. He thinks his simple offering would be insignificant compared to the mountain of sweets she already gets.
After school, Chinami catches Akito with the chocolate he intended for her. Without hesitation, she gobbles it down. Then she surprises him by kissing him and feeding some of the chocolate back into his mouth. "I was serious," she whispers in his ear, "about the one I gave to you, Akito." Her words leave Akito stunned and confused about her true feelings. Now he must figure out what to do for White Day, wondering if his sister's affection is genuine or just a playful tease.
