Namaiki: Kissuisou e Youkoso!

Satoshi Ashifuji is a working student attending university on a scholarship. He unexpectedly ends up in charge of the dormitory Kissuisou, whose residents are all women with serious personal problems. While fixing the dorm's clock tower, a self-proclaimed Zashiki-warashi named Ibaraki appears, bringing even more trouble.

The residents' negative auras are so strong that if nothing changes within half a year, a terrible misfortune will befall the dorm, leading to its demolition. With nowhere else to go, all that negativity would fall on Satoshi, condemning him to a future of misery. To prevent this disaster, he decides to inject positivity into their lives using Ibaraki's powers, embarking on a reckless strategy that involves intimate encounters with the residents.
