Yoshida Yuuki, a young man working as a butler, is assigned to serve the wealthy and eccentric Sugino Miho. Miho is a beautiful but spoiled heiress who lives in a luxurious mansion, and Yuuki must cater to her every whim, no matter how bizarre or demanding.

As Yuuki tries to fulfill his duties, he discovers that Miho has a secret obsession with a mobile app called "Ousama App," which allows her to control people like a king. The app becomes a tool for her to indulge in her most private and perverse desires, dragging Yuuki into a world of submission and taboo. Their master-servant relationship quickly blurs the line between duty and forbidden pleasure.
