Monobeno: Sonogo no Natsuha no Nanatsu no Natsu
ものべの ~そのごの・夏葉の七つの夏~
Sawai Tooru and his younger sister Natsuha return to their rural hometown of Monobeno for the first time in six years. They reunite with their childhood friend Alice, who insists she is Tooru's fiancée, and encounter a Yamori youkai in the form of a small child. The town prepares for the night of the Himemiya Ryuu Shichi Seisai festival, where the ancient Face Dance is performed.
During the festival, Natsuha suddenly collapses and is rushed home. The following night, her body transforms into that of an adult, and she experiences her first menstruation. Tooru, fearing for his sister's life, desperately searches for a cure to reverse the mysterious changes affecting her.
