Momoiro Renge: Shimai to Tsumugu Ecchi na Kankei

Yahiro is a young student who also serves as the head of a local shrine. Despite his age, he bears the heavy responsibility of maintaining the spiritual balance of the city. However, he begins to feel increasingly unwell as a dangerous miasma flows through the town and gathers inside his body. The buildup of this miasma threatens to kill him if left untreated. Desperate to survive, Yahiro learns that the only way to purify the miasma is to engage in a sacred ritual with a chosen priestess. To his shock, the priestess selected for this task turns out to be his own blood sisters, Maina and Suzu. Yahiro is horrified by this revelation and tries to resist, refusing to harm his beloved family in such a way. But the miasma within him grows stronger, clouding his judgment and driving him berserk. Overwhelmed by the dark energy, he loses control and attacks his sisters, unable to stop himself from following through with the ritual that may save his life but destroy their bond.
