Better Than a Dream

Yuki is the owner of the Fuuka Cafe, a small coffee shop he runs with dedication. One day, a man carrying only a rucksack walks into the store and insists, "Hire me." Despite his reservations, Yuki reluctantly takes him on as a live-in employee. The new worker, Kamishiro, proves to be an exceptional cook, willing to work for less than five dollars an hour.

However, Yuki soon finds that having a live-in employee blurs the line between professional and personal. Kamishiro's presence becomes increasingly intimate, and when Yuki is attacked one day, Kamishiro tends to his injuries and soothes his temper. Yuki, a firm believer that kissing wounds makes them better, begins to navigate a relationship that challenges his understanding of love and trust.
