Like a First Love

Kouno, a salesman with a crippling fear of stage fright, is on the verge of losing his job. With only three days to secure a million-yen deal, he stumbles upon Itou, a mysterious architect with an inviting home. But Itou seems more interested in other matters than making a purchase, leaving Kouno to navigate a strange and unexpected connection.

Meanwhile, Takano encounters a stranger who returns an umbrella he had lent out long ago. When they meet again during a job interview, the stranger acts coldly toward him, yet Takano persists in trying to befriend him. In another story, Kiyose, who has grown fond of his strict boss Kaneko, finds himself puzzled when Kaneko suddenly becomes distant, leaving him to wonder if his feelings have been discovered or if something else is amiss.
