Five years after a life-changing accident, Naoyuki lives under the care of Sumi-sensei, a doctor who is always at his beck and call. Literally. Sumi carries a cell phone that answers Naoyuki's calls no matter the time or place, and he rushes to the young man's side at every request.

But Naoyuki's constant neediness does not go unnoticed by Kuma-sensei, another doctor who often works the same shifts as Sumi. Frustrated by what he sees as selfishness, Kuma has no qualms about lecturing Naoyuki on his behavior. Every time Sumi drops everything to attend to Naoyuki, Kuma is left to pick up the slack—and his patience is wearing thin.
