Kyokugen Chikan Tokuiten

In a dark organization known as "Vatican," a group of molesters called "touchers" gather to stream videos of their obscene acts to select members. Kiichi Kusakabe, one of these touchers, uses his incredible skill to seduce his target women one after another. His victims include a young voice actress, a dark-skinned gal, a bratty schoolgirl, and a famous swimmer.

As Kiichi continues his exploits, he encounters rival touchers who challenge him to a "molester showdown." The competition tests their abilities in a contest of skill, pushing Kiichi to prove his dominance among the touchers. The line between pleasure and power blurs as the stakes escalate.
