Among its members are Kyo Hoshina, a twelve-year-old genius with an IQ of 250, and Kyo Kugayama, a fighting game maniac. Together, they must uncover the truth behind the crimes.

Their investigation leads them to a mysterious figure known only as the Professor, a genius like Hoshina who is linked to multiple bombing attacks across the country. As Hoshina is recalled from the United States to assist the police, the duo races against time to stop the Professor's deadly plans. With their unique skills and intellect, they delve into a world of advanced technology and hidden conspiracies, where nothing is as it seems.
