Ram and Yuki Mahou run a small pharmacy in town. Yuki appears to be a normal adult, but Ram, despite being in her twenties, looks like a child. Their family name, Mahou, means "magic" in Japanese, which has long been a source of jokes about their shop dispensing magical medicine.
One day, Ram decides to take the joke seriously. She begins studying magic, dons a witch's hat, and starts offering magical treatments alongside conventional medicine. This 4-koma manga follows their daily life as they serve customers with various ailments, blending pharmacy work with whimsical spells and remedies.
