Kuroneko Kouhiiten

Three years ago, Ikari Kousei was a homeless teenager with nowhere to go. He was taken in by Kiminari, a novelist with a soft spot for strays. Now Kousei lives and works at Kiminari's café, the Black Cat Coffee Shop, where he serves customers alongside the owner and a cast of quirky regulars.

But Kousei's past is not so easily left behind. As he tries to build a new life, old debts and dangerous people resurface, threatening the fragile peace he has found. Between the aroma of coffee and the warmth of companionship, Kousei must decide how far he is willing to go to protect the home he never expected to have.
