Chie, a high school teacher, welcomes a new class of students with a warm smile. However, beneath the surface, the class is plagued by rampant bullying. One day, a student named Isozaki commits suicide, leaving behind the words, "I'm torn between trying to seek revenge or asking classmates to punish." After his death, Chie becomes the target of the new students.
A girl claiming to be a "revenge agent" appears before Chie. This girl is Sannomiya Hana, a plain and unassuming high school student who runs a "Revenge Shop." As a child, Hana's entire family was slaughtered, and she alone survived. She now saves people wounded by the chains of hatred formed from bullying and betrayal, meting out retribution for her clients. Yet for Hana herself, what can cut apart these chains of hatred?
