In the port city of Kobe, a series of mysterious events unfold around the historic foreign residences known as Ijinkan. A young girl named Kaze no Hoozuki becomes entangled in a supernatural mystery that blurs the line between reality and fantasy.
As she explores the enigmatic mansions, she encounters strange occurrences and hidden secrets tied to the past. Each residence holds a different story, from a wind that carries whispers of forgotten memories to a queen of spades who challenges fate itself.
With the help of those she meets along the way, Kaze must confront the shadows lurking within the Ijinkan and uncover the truth behind the red Peter Pan that haunts her dreams.
