Motoki has always admired the strong and talented Yusa, and even joined the judo club because of him. But when Yusa suddenly moves to America, Motoki is left behind, still holding onto his feelings. Three years later, Yusa returns to Japan, but he is not the same person Motoki once knew. He has become a lazy playboy and has given up judo entirely.
