Takumi works in the citizens' department of city hall, where he is beloved as the office idol. Despite his popularity, he has lived his life avoiding deep interaction with others, keeping a careful distance from everyone around him.

Everything changes when a boy unexpectedly strolls into his life. As Takumi finds himself drawn to this newcomer, his carefully constructed walls begin to crumble, forcing him to confront the feelings he has long suppressed and the reasons behind his self-imposed isolation.
