Mr. Kayashima's Life of Luxury

Sumito Kayashima is a wealthy young man from a long-esteemed family, accustomed to a life of solitude and idleness. He spends his days attending parties and squandering his fortune on antiques and books he never reads, all while being managed by his hired conversationalist and secretary, Koizumi. By night, however, his innocent facade drops to reveal a more conniving and wanton side.

One day, Mr. Kayashima suddenly visits his gardener's home and confesses that he is in love. Angered by this high-handed and unilateral attempt at courtship, the gardener makes a cruel demand. As their secret affair unfolds, the spoiled heir must navigate a relationship with an arrogant man who has neither status nor fortune, leading to a clash of wills and desires.
