Kakoin Seichiro is a poor student attending Keiho College, a prestigious school for the wealthy elite. He maintains a facade of belonging and uses his sharp intellect and knowledge of human psychology to manipulate those around him, despising their privileged birth and using them as stepping stones to climb the social ladder.
His plans take an unexpected turn when he becomes the tutor for Shinmei Tamami, a shy teenage girl from an incredibly powerful and wealthy family. Seichiro soon discovers that Tamami possesses a mysterious ability: she can materialize objects out of thin air.
