The Erotic Novelist’s Cat

After a fight with his parents, Kageyama Ataru runs away from home with nowhere to go. He is picked up by Yakumo Kaoru, a coarse and self-centered erotic novelist who lives alone. Kaoru offers Ataru a place to stay, but the price is steep: in exchange for room and board, Ataru must surrender his body to the writer's whims.

Ataru soon finds himself trapped in an unusual and uncomfortable arrangement. Kaoru is demanding, unpredictable, and treats Ataru more like a possession than a guest. As Ataru struggles to adapt to his new life, he must navigate the power imbalance and the strange intimacy that develops between them. The story explores themes of control, dependency, and the blurred lines between coercion and desire, all set against the backdrop of Kaoru's isolated world of writing.
