Josou Ishi no Sourou Chiryou Kansatsuki

A young man burdened by a persistent and embarrassing condition decides to seek professional help. He visits a clinic, hoping for a discreet and effective solution to his problem of premature ejaculation. However, upon arrival, he is surprised to find that the doctor assigned to his case is a man who cross-dresses as a woman. The doctor's appearance and demeanor immediately create an atmosphere of confusion and unease for the patient, who was already nervous about discussing his intimate issues.

The cross-dressing doctor, seemingly unfazed by the patient's discomfort, proposes a unique and unorthodox treatment plan. Instead of conventional medical advice or medication, the doctor insists on a series of direct observations and examinations. The patient is subjected to various situations designed to trigger his condition, all while the doctor meticulously records his reactions.
