A high school boy takes on the role of manager for the girls' track and field club, becoming the only male among a group of dedicated female athletes. His responsibilities include organizing practice schedules, managing equipment, and providing moral support as the team prepares for competitions. Initially, he maintains a professional distance, focusing on his duties and the team's performance.

However, as he spends more time with the athletes, he begins to witness their personal struggles and vulnerabilities up close. The girls, dealing with the pressures of training and their own desires, start to confide in him and seek comfort. The line between his role as a manager and his own growing feelings becomes increasingly blurred, leading to intimate and explicit encounters that challenge the trust and dynamics within the club.
