Transfer student Yamada Hajime arrives at his new school expecting a normal life, only to discover two shocking surprises: he is the school's first male student, and there is no manga club. The closest alternative is the Technology Club, a haven for female otaku. The club is run by President Aika, a cheerful girl who dreams of being a ninja; first-year Natsuki, a tanned gamer with professional-level skills; Sae, a hardcore fujoshi and BL author who has no interest in real boys; Risa, a crossplaying prince; and their advisor Kokoro, a popular ero manga artist.
Hajime quickly finds himself in over his head as his experience with eroge gives him a silver tongue that charms the club members. However, these otaku girls are still girls, and playing with their hearts has consequences. He must navigate the delicate feelings of five different women while they question whether they even need a man in their lives at all.
