Miura Sana meets Fujiki Gorou again on the day of her father's funeral, after he had been absent from her life for a long time. Having lost her parents, Sana finds a new family with Gorou, who lost his best friends. Two and a half years later, Sana is 14 and Gorou is 35.
The story follows their daily life, exploring the bond between two people with a 21-year age difference. As they live together under a set of promises, their relationship navigates both ordinary and unusual moments, testing the boundaries of their unconventional family.
