Suzukawa, a blue-collar worker who loves food, enjoys his homemade lunches at a construction site. One day, the famous chef Mikage Senju approaches him and insults his bento. Provoked by the chef's arrogant words, Suzukawa ends up accepting Mikage's challenge to a taste test at his home.
As Suzukawa samples the chef's exquisite cooking, a different kind of hunger begins to stir between them. The line between culinary rivalry and romantic interest blurs, leading to a relationship that feeds both body and heart.
