Minori Takaishi is a cheerful and energetic fast-food worker with a tomboyish appearance and short hair. Her cute looks often lead female customers to mistake her for a male teen idol, much to her surprise. Despite the confusion, Minori lives a simple life until one day after work, she witnesses what she believes to be an unfair fight. Without hesitation, she leaps in to help, only to realize she has interrupted a music video shoot for the popular boy band GOLD. Mortified, she finds herself dazzled by Tomoya, the band's charismatic leader.
