Rorigado is a high school student whose quiet life is turned upside down when his best friend from junior high, Kuma Yabusaka, suddenly reappears after a four-year absence. But Kuma is no longer the boy Rorigado remembers: a chemical accident in a laboratory has transformed him into a cute, diminutive girl.

Now Rorigado must navigate the chaos of having his old buddy back in his life, but with a completely new appearance and identity. As Kuma adjusts to her new body and the challenges of being a schoolgirl, their friendship is tested by the strange and awkward situations that arise from her transformation.
