A high school boy falls into a river on his way home and develops a fever, forcing him to visit the hospital for medicine. There, he encounters a doctor whose unconventional treatments leave him bewildered.
In another story, the boss of the high schooler finds himself falling for a ramen delivery man. Meanwhile, a boy on the baseball team grows tired of the gossip surrounding a school model who has publicly confessed to liking someone on the team, sparking chaos. Though he tries to ignore the commotion, a kiss makes him question his indifference.
