Hentai Shitsuji Kara Nigeraremasen

Haruto Tsutsumi, the second son of the aristocratic and fabulously wealthy Tsutsumi family, finds himself relentlessly pursued by Shou Natsukawa, a member of the Natsukawa line that has served the Tsutsumi household for generations. Shou's affection borders on harassment, and he follows Haruto after the young master runs away, even taking up residence next door. When Haruto tries to push him away, Shou only offers his head and begs to be stepped on.

Shou begins to 'service' Haruto without permission, and his unusual appeals escalate further. Despite Haruto's attempts to resist, Shou's devotion seems unwavering, leading to a tense and obsessive dynamic between master and servant.
