Hakui no Tenshi wa Osewazuki! Love Love Ecchi na Nyuuin Seikatsu

Ryou, a member of Soukou Gakuen's powerful soccer team, is out running one night to prepare for the upcoming summer tournament qualifiers. Along the way, he helps an older woman who dropped her keys, meets another who is eating a huge bowl of ramen, and chases away some drunks harassing a third woman. As he is about to return to school, he sees a woman who looks like his deceased older sister, seemingly tired and absent-mindedly walking into the path of an oncoming car. He rushes out to push her to safety, but is hit himself.

When he wakes up in the hospital with broken limbs, the woman he saved is by his side. She is a nurse and vows to take care of him until he is fully recovered, since she owes her life to him. Moreover, all three women he met earlier also happen to work at the hospital. His life changes completely overnight as he finds himself surrounded by four ladies in a special private room who cater to his every need, feeding him, brushing his teeth, washing his body, and even helping with his sexual urges.
