A Dictator In A White Coat

Moriyasu Akashi is a medical equipment salesman who is squeamish at the sight of blood. This makes his job difficult, especially when dealing with hospitals. One day, he encounters Nobuaki, a handsome and sadistic surgeon at one of the clinics he visits. Nobuaki suspects that Akashi's discomfort might not be a simple dislike, and decides to test his theory.

Nobuaki forcibly hospitalizes Akashi and, during a visit to his room, declares that he will teach Akashi about his true self. Under the guise of medical care, Nobuaki subjects Akashi to a series of hard and sweet training sessions, aiming to enlighten the shy young man to his masochistic tendencies. As Akashi struggles against Nobuaki's control, he begins to uncover hidden desires he never knew he had.
