The GP high school's Technologies & Information club is a chaotic gathering of eccentric members, including narcissists and other oddballs. Their kind president, Ryouichi, struggles to keep the club running smoothly amidst the constant turmoil.
When the well-meaning but disaster-prone Minami joins, things take a turn for the worse. Despite his good intentions, any machine or electronic device he touches inevitably breaks down, adding a new layer of trouble to the club's daily operations.
