Goshujinsama no Ore?

After his father's death, college student Nobuhiro is burdened with a mountain of debt. Forced to find a way to repay it, he moves in with his uncle and takes on the job of tutoring his cousin Suguru, a high schooler who is frequently ill.

Nobuhiro soon discovers that living with Suguru is far from simple. The sickly boy has a complex personality, and their relationship quickly becomes a test of patience and understanding.
