In a city that has preserved the classic Japanese Taisho era aesthetic, far removed from the modern world, two liberated young women—Shion Higuchi and Chizuru Tachibana—are free to follow their whims. Their playful and carefree adventures become a dream come true for a certain unsuspecting custodian at their academy, who finds himself drawn into their world.

As Shion and Chizuru explore their desires without restraint, their whims take an unexpected turn, blurring the lines between fantasy and reality. The custodian, initially an observer, becomes entangled in their games, leading to encounters that challenge the quiet order of their Taisho-inspired surroundings.
