The Rules of Public Morals

On his first day of high school, Kunie Hokuto accidentally injures Yachigusa Shissa, the feared disciplinary committee chairman. As compensation, he agrees to become Shissa's personal servant. To make matters more complicated, Kunie is also appointed as a first-year representative to the disciplinary committee, a position he doesn't fully understand.

However, Shissa's younger brother, Zento, the disciplinary committee vice chairman, openly declares his disapproval of Kunie's appointment. Kunie must navigate his new role while dealing with the tension between the brothers and the expectations of the strict school committee.
