Eroge!: H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai

Mochizuki Tomoya is a young man living alone and working a part-time job at a convenience store. He is passionate about eroge (erotic games) but lacks the skills to draw, write, compose, or handle business. Despite this, his dream is to work at an eroge studio and create the games he loves.

Tomoya's luck changes when he spots a help wanted ad for the local studio Flower. After a surprising interview with the company president, who looks like an elementary school kid, he lands a job as the website administrator. His excitement is short-lived, however, as he discovers that Flower is on the verge of being shut down after their first title was a massive failure.

Playing through Flower's debut game, Tomoya realizes his co-workers have no real understanding of what makes a good eroge. With encouragement from the parent company's president, he decides to take action. Tomoya takes it upon himself to save the studio by teaching the four female staff members the essentials of creating a successful erotic game, all while navigating his new role and getting to know the heroines.
