Edomae Sushi Shokunin: Kirara no Shigoto

Kirara is a young woman determined to become a master of Edomae-style sushi, a traditional Tokyo cuisine. Her grandfather, a seasoned sushi chef, initially objects to her ambition, believing the path is too difficult for her. Undeterred, Kirara's resolve is tested when she tastes the sushi at a famous Ginza restaurant and finds it lacking. She boldly challenges the chef and wins, proving her skill and passion.

After this victory, her ailing grandfather finally gives her his blessing and sends her to train under other masters. Now, Kirara must navigate the demanding world of professional sushi, honing her craft and facing new challenges as she strives to honor her grandfather's legacy and achieve her dream.
