Miruku is a cheerful girl who loves cakes and pies and excels at kendo. When Kanako, the daughter of an important company, is kidnapped, Miruku is asked to impersonate her because of their resemblance. Nijihiko, the son of another company, must choose a wife between Kanako and Seiko, another heiress.
As Miruku steps into Kanako's role, she must navigate the delicate situation and meet Nijihiko without revealing her true identity. Her carefree nature and unexpected skills clash with the formal expectations of the wealthy families, leading to complications and surprises.
