Ninomiya is an editor for a fashion magazine. After a string of romantic entanglements, he is forcibly transferred to the manga editing department, a male-dominated world of otaku culture. There, he meets his new boss, Oda, an editor-in-chief with an arrogant attitude.
Oda drowns Ninomiya in work and refuses to acknowledge his professional skills. Their clashing personalities—Ninomiya's ambitious nature versus Oda's dismissive demeanor—spark a tense rivalry. As Ninomiya struggles to adapt, he must navigate this unfamiliar environment and prove his worth.
