Donut Letter

A collection of six one-shot stories exploring love, friendship, and desire among young people. In "Honey Pie Debut," two close friends realize they love each other and become a couple, but the strain of accommodating one another leads them back to being just friends. "Melody Melody" follows a lyric writer suffering from unrequited love, comforted by a composer who asks him to love him instead.

"Kirei Kirei" features a boy who longs for dormitory life, only to find his beautiful roommate is hopelessly messy. "Water Drop Sacramento" centers on a mysterious student rumored to have buried a woman under a cherry tree, but the truth involves burying someone's favorite things. "Dizzy Boys Fruits Milk" presents a love triangle around the son of a public bathhouse owner. In the title story, "Donut Letter," two boys watching a video feel sexual desire, and the next day, one blames the other, leading to misunderstanding.
