Hara is a girl who was abandoned by her parents and has been shut up at home for a long time. One day, she suddenly starts attending school, calling herself a "tourist to Earth." Her eccentric behavior and inability to read social cues lead to a series of minor incidents involving her classmates.
Her classmates find Hara's oddness annoying and begin to bully her relentlessly. As the harassment escalates, Hara's unique perspective on the world and her resilience are put to the test, forcing both her and those around her to confront the meaning of connection and belonging.
