Rui transfers to a new school hoping to make friends through after-school clubs. However, she discovers that clubs are being shut down one by one, and the culprit is Natori, a fellow student—and the boy her father has just betrothed her to. It's hard to start fresh when your fiancé is the school bully.
Determined not to give up, Rui joins forces with three quietly determined students and two friendly boys to form a club that refuses to be silenced. They call themselves the Computer Believers and spread their message online, operating beyond Natori's control. Together, they challenge the rules and fight to keep their club alive.
