Yae and Nao are a high-school couple whose steady relationship is put to the test when Yae takes a part-time job at a newly opened cake shop. The job eats into the time he used to spend with Nao, leaving the two of them with fewer moments together.
When Nao visits Yae at the shop, he meets the pretty older woman who manages it. Seeing how familiar Yae is with his boss stirs up a wave of anxiety in Nao, and he can't help but wonder if their bond is strong enough to survive the distance that's growing between them.
