Yuu Takamiya is an ordinary guy who has never had much luck in work or love, and he moonlights as a private eye. His life gets complicated when he is assigned to shadow his boss at an art gallery, the kind-hearted Masaya Shikibu.
After an accident at work, Yuu meets Minoru Kuji, a brilliant sculptor who stirs up old memories. Yuu soon starts working as Minoru's assistant while struggling to stay objective on Shikibu's case. As they grow closer, Yuu discovers there is more to Minoru than meets the eye, and he may learn things he would rather not know.
