A young man hospitalized for an undisclosed condition finds himself under the care of a beautiful older nurse. Bored and restless, he begins to seduce her, exploiting her professional duties to draw her into a secret affair. What starts as a game of temptation soon turns into a pattern of manipulation and control.

As his stay extends, the man's influence spreads through the hospital. He targets other nurses and even a female doctor, using charm and coercion to bend them to his will.
