Burapa - The Black Parade

High school student Rumi stumbles upon an abandoned, decommissioned tram car in his town—a perfect spot for a secret base. There, he meets the wildly energetic Fujino, who immediately challenges him to a duel over who gets to use the space.

Their duel turns out to be a creative, competitive game played in public areas, far more thrilling than Rumi's usual video games. Despite his initial disbelief, Rumi finds himself drawn into the excitement, and the two soon become friends. Together, they transform the old tram into their base, naming it the "Black Parade," and embark on a series of adventures that bring newfound fun and energy into Rumi's ordinary life.
