Theo Camming, a newly ordained priest, visits a rural town in Germany to tend to his congregation. His peaceful mission is shattered when Demoniacs, monstrous beings, attack the town, and some of the victims are from his own flock. Wounded and helpless, Theo faces death as chaos engulfs the village.
A female Blassreiter fighter arrives to save him and the rest of the villagers. However, she discovers that the priest is on the verge of dying, forcing her to make a critical decision that will change both their fates.
