Daiki was bought by the Sasaki Group's Wakagashira Tatsumi to repay a large debt left by his parents. Tatsumi puts Daiki in charge of his bar, Moderate, a place where he can find peace. Daiki is determined to protect this sanctuary and become Tatsumi's shield, even if it means putting himself in danger.
Neither man realizes the depth of their feelings for the other. As they work side by side, their unspoken emotions grow, but the shadows of Tatsumi's yakuza life threaten to tear them apart. Daiki must navigate his loyalty and burgeoning love while Tatsumi struggles with his own vulnerabilities.
