Aya Kisaragi works as a culinary consultant for the Food Project society, helping struggling restaurants improve their menus and operations. She is joined by a young man named Komai Ippei, who assists her in her work.
Together, they visit various eateries facing different challenges, from financial difficulties to creative stagnation. Aya uses her expertise to guide each restaurant toward a fresh start, while navigating the complexities of the food industry and her own personal journey.
