Takeda is a young man who decides to confess his feelings to his coworker Sakurazawa, but he is immediately rejected. Despite the refusal, Takeda refuses to give up and resolves to try again. However, in his determination to find the right moment, he overworks himself and ends up falling ill, complicating his plans.

In a separate story, a boy discovers that his cousin, who has just moved to Japan from America, is different from him in a very intimate way. As they spend time together, they begin to explore their physical and emotional differences, pushing the boundaries of their relationship and discovering what it means to connect on a deeper level.
